The designs refer to 'Flock' and 'Flex'. What do these mean?
Flex compared to Flock:
Both techniques have the same high standards in regard to quality, that is, maximum durability and no colour fading. Only difference is the look and feel of the material. While Flex is very smooth, Flock is a little bit fluffy.
Details of print Technique:
A large computerized blade is used to cut designs out of a smooth, thin material. This design is then pressed onto the fabric, using high pressure and temperatures. This print type is suitable for almost all fabric types and looks and feels amazing.

How long will my shirt take for delivery?
Your order is generally dispatched 1 to 2 working days after you have completed the order.
We deliver through Deutsche Post, DHL and DPD. Unfortunately, we have no control over their delivery time.
Which payment methods are available?
Orders are handled by our shop partner in Germany. Payment is currently possible using advance payment or credit card.
For several countries, you can also pay by bank transfer to our shop partner's German bank account. The transaction currency is the Euro. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your order with bank details and the subject heading for the cash transfer. Please note that with bank transfers, products are delivered only once the transfer is complete, which may cause a delivery delay of about 3 working days.
For customers from Switzerland, a Swiss account is available.
Customers from the EU can avoid high transaction fees by using the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code. Please ask your bank about possible charges before placing your order. We cannot participate in foreign payment fees. Orders will be processed only when bill has been paid in full.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Your billing address and mailing address must match, otherwise the credit card payment cannot be processed. Due to security reasons we might not accept credit cards from certain countries. In this case, please pay using advance payment.
Why do the prices for certain combinations of shirt and designs vary?
With regards to the designs, some are more intricate to print than others and so the production costs are a little higher. Where possible we try to minimise this cost at design time, but when we feel a design merits that little more workmanship we will reflect this in the cost.
With regards to the shirts, there are varying styles of shirt that cost more to manufacture. Once again, this gets reflected in the price.
What if I want a shirt style/motive/colour that is not in your store?
Just contact us! If it is just the shirt or the motive in a different colour, chances are we can add it to the store immediately. If you have any special requests, contact us with details and we will see what we can do for you.
Well, some of our shirts are, too... The real reason is that we are trying to keep the page as international as possible, so that you can find your way around even if you are accidentally on a different language version of our site. And is it not more fun this way?
Why are parts of the site in a different language?
Our site is (going to be) available in three languages: Finnish, English, and German. Spikydragon is based in Finland, whereas our shop partner is based in Germany. A current limitation of the shop system is that it does not easily support multiple languages: while in the shop system, the menu on the left will therefore at this time be the Finnish one. In addition, parts of the shop system may not yet be fully translated into Finnish. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
In other places, different languages are intentional: for example, many of the page headings are in English throughout all language versions, and of course shirts are available with texts in several languages.
When I place my order I see a reference to Spreadshirt. Why?
We have partnered with Spreadshirt in order to provide you with the best quality products and service. They handle the merchandising on our behalf, from ordering through to distribution. This enables us to concentrate on the designs and product selection.
Who should I contact regarding Spikydragon/Spreadshirt services?
If you have any questions, problems, or suggestions regarding our shirts, our designs, or our website, please contact us.
In the case of a complaint regarding a product or order your first line of
communication should be via Spreadshirt. Their contact details will be
supplied with the order.
If you have difficulty in contact them directly, or they do not provide a
satisfactory solution, then please use our contact us page to send your
comments. Include as much detail as possible, stating the reason for the
complaint, the date and your order details if applicable. For your security,
please do not send credit card details via our contact form or email.
